Group trips

Bring everyone. We link the houses and run the logistics.

A family reunion of fifteen. A company offsite for eight. A friends’ road trip that keeps growing. We block two or three of our homes together, move you between them, and host one dinner nobody forgets — with the same hosts who already trust us.

Who we do this for

Family reunions

Three generations under linked roofs, a courtyard big enough for everyone, a chef for the one dinner that matters. We plan around grandparents and toddlers alike.

Company offsites

A quiet manor for eight to twenty, fast Wi-Fi where it’s needed, a meeting room by day and a fire by night. A guided hike or a wine cellar to break the agenda.

Milestone birthdays

A 50th, a 60th, a big anniversary. One house as base, a signature dinner, an experience — bears, a ridge, a vineyard — that becomes the story of the weekend.

Friends’ road trips

A loop through Transylvania and Bucovina with a driver who knows the passes, two or three stops, and someone on the phone when the plan changes at lunch.

What we organise

One point of contact, from the first headcount to the drive back to the airport. We hold the moving parts so the group just shows up.

  • ·8–30 people across two or three linked homes
  • ·Coach or minivan logistics between houses and sights
  • ·A private chef for one or more dinners
  • ·Group guides — hikes, wine, bears, Saxon villages
  • ·Airport transfers for staggered arrivals
  • ·A children’s programme when it helps

The things that get hard at scale

Beds that fit

The real constraint is where everyone sleeps. We know which of our homes sit close enough to feel like one, and who gets the quiet room.

Moving as one

A coach or a pair of minivans, one driver team for the trip, so fifteen people arrive together and nobody is lost on a mountain road.

One dinner to remember

We would rather do one exceptional evening than five average ones — a chef in the house, or a long table in a courtyard, tied to where you are.

Frequently asked

How big a group can you handle?
8–30 across linked homes is the comfortable range; larger works with a barn or manor as the daytime base and homes for sleeping.
Can you handle staggered arrivals?
Yes — we schedule transfers around each flight and keep one number reachable for the whole group.
Is there a planning fee?
No. Our margin comes from the homes and partners we book, never a surcharge on top.
