How pricing works — no surprises.
Our planning is free. You pay the home what they would charge directly. Around it, you only pay for services you actually use. Here is the honest version.
Whether you book one night or three weeks, we never charge for the planning. Our commission is paid by the homes we book.
You pay the same nightly rate you would pay if you found the home alone. Local taxes apart, that is it.
Transfers, drivers, guides, photographers, dinners — fixed quotes before you commit. Never surge pricing, never "see at the desk".
Each home has its own — typically full refund 30+ days out, 50% refund 14–29 days out, no refund inside 14 days. We always recommend travel insurance.
Stays
Our homes range from about €150/night for a two-bedroom Saxon house to €540/night for a designer mountain villa for ten. The home page lists the published nightly rate; for stays longer than 7 nights or off-season periods, we often negotiate.

Cancellation in detail
Stays: each home has its own policy, listed on the home page. Typical: 100% refund 30+ days out, 50% refund 14–29 days out, no refund inside 14 days. Services (transfers, drivers, etc.): cancellable up to 48 hours before with full refund; inside 48 hours, charged in full. Force majeure (flight cancellations, illness with doctor's note) — we always work something out.
