About
Two cable-car stages climb from the Belle-Époque town to 2,000 m, where the terrain turns properly alpine: wide, treeless, with the best snow record in the country. Ski in the morning, tour Peleș Castle in the afternoon — no other resort offers that combination.
Getting there
Bucharest OTP is 2h by car or direct train to Sinaia station (the prettiest railway station in Romania). Upper section is weather-exposed — check the wind forecast.
