About
Built from scratch in the 2010s with fast gondolas and wide, high-altitude pistes between 1,340 and 2,100 m. Weekday skiing here can feel like a private mountain. Combine with a snow-season drive up the lower Transalpina.
Getting there
Sibiu (SBZ) is 1h45 via the Olt valley. The high Transalpina road itself is CLOSED in winter — access is always from Voineasa, never over the pass.
